Yes! You can browse ready-made keychains in our shop. For custom ones, we recommend joining a LIVE session for a fun and interactive experience. New keychains will be added frequently.

Join our TikTok LIVE, choose your favourite beans (main characters), and customise your keychain in real time! The price total will be given live, and you'll be guided to check out through the link in bio.

Processing time is usually 3–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location, but most shippings arrive within 1–3 weeks. You will get a notification once the products have been shipped. For more detailed info check out the shipping shipping policy.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. You can return your non-custom orders and get a full refund for the product (excluding shipping and tax costs). Custom items are non-refundable once shipped.

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. We are currently working on adding on TWINT.

All keychains are handmade with care and passion using quality materials

Keep it dry, don’t pull or tug too hard, and store it away from sharp stuff. Treat it gently like your favourite plushie.
